I am sure we have all stuffed ourselves silly and are regretting that third helping of a favorite dish. Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, it is time for the crazy holiday sales of Black Friday. When else can you get that special thingamajig for only $1.99 by waiting in line with 200 other people at 5:00AM?
Well, after your shopping nightmares, come join Kick Butt Blues Post Thanksgiving Food Drive Blues Dance. All proceeds will go to help those less fortunate in partnership with the ongoing Kick Butt Blues food drive. Bring in 3 cans of food as your admission, or pay the normal $5. Either way, the food or the money will go to help those less fortunate than you.
DJs Nathan Malone and Jonathan Pechon (Dallas DJ Extraordinaire) will be spinning post Thanksgiving blues so you can burn off some of those well enjoyed calories.
Also, New Year’s Blues Ball tickets are now on sale. Get them at Kick butt Blues or online at http://www.bluesassociationofaustin.com/bluesball. It will be the place to be this New Year’s Eve.
