MUMBAI - Text of South Indian Bank Ltd announcement published on
Bombay Stock Exchange Web site, bseindia.com, today:
South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board
of Directors of the Bank will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to
consider and recommend issue of Bonus shares to the existing
shareholders of the Bank subject to approval, if any. of the
Regulators and of the shareholders at the next Annual Genera!
Meeting.
