NSE, BSE extend Mar 4-18 trading time to 4:15PM on sun outage

MUMBAI - Trading hours on National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock
Exchange will be extended during Mar 4-18 because of sun outage that
leads to
loss of connectivity for trading members, a NSE circular said today.
BSE and NSE will remain open between 9:55AM to 4:15PM during this
period.
Trading will be suspended from 11:45AM to 12:25PM.
Regular trading will commence at 12:30PM with a pre-open period
between
12:25PM and 12:30PM.
Sun outage is an interruption or distortion of geo-stationary
satellite
signals because of solar radiation that overwhelms the signals.
