amounts of adrenaline secretion take place in our body and it has got

season.

sun-rays of that period remove the stress miraculously.
3. Spend as much time as possible among your favorite friends. This
sort of personal relationship brings immeasurable joy and frees you
from stress.
4. Take hot-water bath, which removes the heaviness in the head.
5. Take and deep respiration, which help the body to take more oxygen
