Hi. AVAST is currently detecting the Matrix.scr as trojan and malware.
Is there a problem or a false positive?

First, please use a real antivirus. I've never even heard of Avast.
Please use NOD32 -- it's the BEST antivirus.
I've been using NOD32 for a long time and love it - lightweight, fast,
and no "nagging" or false positives.

Secondly, NO, there is no trojan and no virus! It's clean.
Avast is obviously crap if it thinks there's a virus in my software.

Hi all,

Avast! had a problematic AV definition update on 12/02/09 that detected all programs written in Delphi Programming language as a Trojan Horse. Other programs were detected as Trojan Horses as well. I had Avast ping Weather1 as a Trojan Horse, but I knew that it wasn't. (detected as Win32:DELF-MZG) These were False Positives and an update to the AV definitions for Avast! was pushed just after 12:00 AM CST on 12/03/2009.

All Systems go. Avast is a reputable, but sometimes little known, AV solution that has definittion updates at least twice a day.

I hate to disagree, but Avast is a good product. I've been using Avast for about 5yrs or so and it's all in how strong of settings you set it up with. I've never had any conflict with the screensaver.
