I'm a brazilian student of Degree in Computer Science of State
University of Paraiba, in Patos City.

Recently, have contact with the K-Turtle for O.S Linux Ubuntu. Liked
very much of experience and would of know if exists an environment K-
Turtle for O.S. Windows.

KTurtle for Windows should be available in the KDE for Windows Installer. You can find the installer package on http://windows.kde.org/ Download the installer from there. During the installation make sure you mark the 'kdeedu' package for installation. When the installer is finished you should be able to find KTurtle somewhere in your start menu.
