1:30pm, July 10, 26th floor,
BZA hearing to hear the parking variance case for the
Crossroads venue at Grinders. The plan shows 319
spaces available, and 318 is the number required. The
problems we were encountering have arisen because the
parking is off the property, and is being leased by
two separate entities, one during the workweek from
8-5 and we would be using it in the evenings only on
the nights of shows. We have rented out parking and
so far, have had no problems securing enough spaces
for our concert goers.
