What would the downside of this be? I'm not even sure if it supports an LCD screen and SD card?

It looks nice, although it's difficult to compete with reprapdiscount producing stupid-cheap RAMPS 1.4 boards.  There's a few design decisions I'm not a huge fan of, although it looks like a hobbyist could make it with commonly available materials.

For instance, I wonder why every single board has both a power and ground for the heated bed (and the hotend).  They could do the exact same thing with switched grounds, requiring the loads to be straight on the +V.  This would reduce the fusing requirements on the boards, and halve the power tracks (and probably increase the available power, as well!).  Boards like the Sanguinololu could use all 4 pins on the "power" outputs for ground.  RAMPS could use 3 of the 4 power busses on the Phoenix connectors as ground.  The hotend could run at a different voltage than the motors, which could run at a different voltage than the hotbed, which could be yet another voltage from the motors, all with the same hardware.   It's also likely the polyfuses would be completely obsolete as well.
