It looks nice, although it's difficult to compete with reprapdiscount producing stupid-cheap RAMPS 1.4 boards. There's a few design decisions I'm not a huge fan of, although it looks like a hobbyist could make it with commonly available materials.
For instance, I wonder why every single board has both a power and ground for the heated bed (and the hotend). They could do the exact same thing with switched grounds, requiring the loads to be straight on the +V. This would reduce the fusing requirements on the boards, and halve the power tracks (and probably increase the available power, as well!). Boards like the Sanguinololu could use all 4 pins on the "power" outputs for ground. RAMPS could use 3 of the 4 power busses on the Phoenix connectors as ground. The hotend could run at a different voltage than the motors, which could run at a different voltage than the hotbed, which could be yet another voltage from the motors, all with the same hardware. It's also likely the polyfuses would be completely obsolete as well.
