Save the Date for “Send North America Conference” in Atlanta at First Baptist Church Woodstock, Monday July 30 and Tuesday July 31, 2012

Friends, This is information on an upcoming annual “Send North America Conference” that will be held this summer. On July 30 and 31, 2012 at First Baptist Church Woodstock in Atlanta, the North American Mission Board will be hosting the Send North America Conference. The goal of the conference is to “inspire and inform” all Southern Baptists toward the goal of seeing darkness penetrated in North America through evangelistic church planting. In the past, the North American Mission Board has hosted a Church Planting Missionary Forum and a Summer State Leadership Meeting. This conference will be replacing both of those meetings as well as opening up an opportunity for many others to attend. NAMB’s strategy will focus on mobilizing missionaries and churches for evangelistic church planting Dear friends, As you may already know, Kevin Ezell, the President of the North American Mission Board has unveiled NAMB’s national strategy called -Send North America- which will focus on mobilizing missionaries and churches for evangelistic church planting. Once churches or potential missionaries have connected with NAMB, after an assessment, NAMB will provide any needed equipping and training before the missionary or church enters the mission field.
