The karotz' voice has two undocumented (you guessed it,right ?) parameters: "rate" and "mood" and the "happy german voice" sounds ok. You can check out the parameters in the wizz.cc-class.

Plus you can make it do way more languages, just notice that you have to add a 0.5s delay in the front, and 1.0 second in the end of the files...
