About the presenter:

Dr Tobin is a highly experienced and skilled educator who has over thirty years of business experience across a number of different industries and a wide range of roles. He has facilitated a broad spectrum of strategy-focused education and developmental experiences for thousands of managers and corporate professionals in organisations both large and small. He is a graduate of four universities, and his qualifications include a first degree in Economics, an MBA and a Doctorate in the field of Knowledge Management. He combines real world expertise and experience with a solid grounding in global best practice and an understanding of how to achieve world-class performance in the field of Knowledge Management (KM). Dr Tobin has published over twenty academic conference papers and journal articles in the KM field, has co-authored a book on the use of storytelling as a KM tool and has spoken at numerous local and international KM-themed conferences.
