Hello, I have problem with generating class of BODY tag in K2 theme.
Check out my web on http://consulting.kodas.sk/. The body class is
<body class="<br />
<b>Warning</b>: join() [<a href='function.join'>function.join</a>]:
Invalid arguments passed in <b>C:\wamp\www\wp-content\themes\k2\app
\includes\info.php</b> on line <b>648</b><br />

I've created an issue in our issue tracker for this (http://code.google.com/p/kaytwo/issues/detail?id=868) and we'll look at it asap. It's a most annoying bug.

What version of K2 are you using?

Aha. It's a known bug in RC7, and was subsequently fixed. We've since release two large versions and a point update. You should download the latest version at http://getk2.com/download/

Aha, OK.

Is there some tutorial how to upgrade K2 theme without losing my own
style?
Thanks a lot.

If you're merely using a stylesheet placed in /styles/, it's as simply as making sure you back that up and then copy it back in after the upgrade, to the same location.

For upgrading, you should switch to another theme. Delete the K2 folder from your server and upload a the new version from scratch. That should do it.

Which language are you using? Slovakian?

If you translated it in the correct manner (http://code.google.com/p/kaytwo/wiki/Translations), you'd be able to move your translation over with little fuzz, and I'm betting 80% of the translation has remained unchanged.

And furthermore, if you then update your translation, we'd love to put it in the 1.1 release, for which we already have 9 other translations as well!

OK, thanks.
I have changed the main style.css, and also the style in "styles/
sample/".
Is it possible to replace main style.css in latest version of K2 with
my "edited" style.css and to do same with sample style?

Thanks.

I would advise you to spend the time to move your changes to style.css into a separate stylesheet; it'll be worth the time in the long run. As it is, there's no easy way to port over your changes.

Try 'two-columns' to begin with. Or simply go to getk2.com and copy the classes we have there.

Some of them are strictly necessary, such as the 'columns-two', which defines how the page is laid out. Others enable features or specify how a certain feature should function. Most of them are merely there for advanced users to hook into with their CSS and JS.

Is there some quick fix of the problem with body class, when I don't
want to upgrade theme? For example to edit somehow the app/classes/
info.php file to fix the problem...

As I said, go to getk2.com copy the classes from our BODY and paste them into your own header.

Other than that, I HIGHLY suggest that you spend the time updating from RC7. It's almost a year and a half old (and three releases). Either that, or go back in the repo changelog and see if you can find the fix manually.
