WP updated to 2.9 version, k2-1.0b-revision-867 and as you can see

an exact replacement for K2 SBM "Page Menu" Module. This is NOT a
review about how flexible they are, this is an opinion about how close

Your header image is pretty tall. You're going to need to adjust the
location of ul.menu in your custom style sheet to get it to play nice
with your header.

I meant shortcodes (i.e. those stuff in [], for example [gallery]). Basically any plugin that uses shortcodes can be used there.
