how to i set read more

On first page i whant to display first post in full version, but for
other post I whant to show only first 100 words and then to read more
you need to press "read more" or "continue reading" to see full post.
How can I do that?

Press Alt+Shift+T while adding a post. There is also a button next to "unlink".
