I love to use music in my Spanish classes and I would like some new
ideas. If anyone has ideas that have worked well, I would love to hear
about them.

Hi, I am a Spanish teacher in southern Wisconsin. I read your post
about using music in the classroom. I too I am firm believer of using
music in the classroom. I have had the best success when guests have
been invited into the classroom to play Spanish/Latin music with the
guitar. Songs/lyrics can be printed in advance and given to the
students. And, the students can get totally involved in the language,
with lively guitar music playing. I am even so motivated about the
idea, that I am now going to buy a guitar and teach myself how to
play. I think it would be a great avenue to explore.
