Greek and Roman Art?

Sure, I teach it, along with Medieval and Rennaisance Art. But
the kids also have to see that in context with the political
history, daily life, the literature of the time period, the
philosophy being discussed and invented, the science and
technology make art possible and the reverse (Leonardo),
the music (notice Baroque Art and Baroque Music are highly
structured and detailed), the architecture, and then
learn nine weeks each of, in order, Latin, German,
and Italian languages.

But then again, I'm at a small public rural school and our
watered down curriculum is not decided by a central city
bureaucracy that tries to offend nobody.

(We also get evolution, Judeo-Christin Creationism, Hindu
Creationism, Egyptian Creationism, Greek and Roman
Religions, and into translation errors, just to keep
the pot boiling).
