Matt, when you leave a message on the bbs, it is a good idea to also ask
a question then people will have something to respond to. Glad to see
you on the bbs often. Do you have a computer at home?

I teach a 5-6 grade combination class and we are the only class using the
electronic mail in my school so it would need to be this level of
communication on my end. This level can be flexible on your end , it
does not have to be dddonly tqhe 5-6 graders. Have you been on the bbs
for long? There is a lot of involvement from Canada on the bbs.
Bernardston Elementary School is in a rural community of 5000 people.
The school is k-6 and 24;0 students. I have 22 kids in my class and we
run a bbs from the room. I started using a modem set up about 3 years
ago and just a couploe of months ago we got a new set up to run the
bulletin board. It has been great , it gives the students a better idea
of what the technology is all about. How do you use the modem set up in
your school ?Let me know how you want to begin this project. Have a good
week ahead.
