K-9 mail synchronization

I have K-9 mail 4.3 and tweet deck and juicedefender on my phone android 2.3.6

Tweetdeck synchronizes without any problem every hour, but k-9 doesnt synchronize, is set to synch every hour. Have to do manual refresh to get the mail in.

Have 3 pop3 mailaccounts setup in k-9, all same settings synch every hour.

have log enabled, but cannot find log file.

What can i do ? Where can i find logfile ?

After fooling around and restarting Juicedefender, Synch seems to work.
