. looks like they have a list of about 20 projects.
This is something I'm looking forward to doing at
www.urbanmontessori.org. I've built 2 and can't wait to show a few others how to do it. If you want suggestions on airplanes, quick advice - go with all metal and start with pop rivets. vans aircraft, an employee owned company in Oregon, sells more kits than the next five competitors all put together. More importantly, the airplanes tend to hold value and sell. Athenian is building an RV 12. the RV-12 is an LSA, which means limitations on speed, weight etc., but it also means it's much easier to build than the rest of their kits (which require real riveting). They estimate 1000 hours of build time for an average builder on the RV-12. Be wary of someone who wants to give you a kit-it might be cheaper, but take longer to find missing pieces and get oriented than to start from scratch.
