using latest jzebra 1.4.8, error during initial startup shown in java console

I have latest jZebra 1.4.8 on our application but when first page is loaded I see an error in java console as "Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-2" java.lang.IllegalStateException: Applet's parent container not set up". 

I have to navigate to another page where this applet is not implemented and come back to the page where I have this jar file included.

Please help. Let me know if you need any further information.

Are you experiencing this with sample.html, or with your own code?

This is the first I've heard of this issue.

How are you adding the applet to your page? (Dynamically through jQuery, JavaScript or Statically through php/HTML?)

Can you provide a sample to me (you can email me separately if needed) where I can reproduce this problem?
