Features for FICS

Bonjour,

I've downloaded Chess 8.1.5 and it works fine on my Archos 5IT.
(in the main menu the release reference is 8.1.1)

I use it only for playing on FICS, and it works quite well.

Here are a list of missing features for future release:

o changing variables via a menu ;
o storing played game in the database ;
o new specific windows for history & finger (results are wide);

Bonjour Dominique,

Changing variables and custom commands are the first things on the
todo list.
History, saving games and finger results were not, but now have been
added. That makes the list pretty long, but if I can find the time,
they will get attention.

I've loaded the program on my Kindle Fire but can't see any opponents to play even though I've logged in to the internet chess site. Is there a fix for this as I play okay on my desktop but would love to use my Kindle too.

This could be due to a filter that was set by your other chess application on the desktop. Do you have the same problem when logging in as guest?
