loging in on fivs

When l try to login using my handle and password the game shows up but
the pieces will not move.
The little box(game aborted,game resigned,ect.)keeps going off and on.
There is no problems when l login as a guest.

Thanks for your post.
The interface is almost the same when logging in as guest.
My first guess is that it has to do with a setting that is saved with
your account using another FICS application, which in some way causes
this behavior.
I will have a look as well between guest and handle.

Thank you for your help.

When I first downloaded your interface (Dec,30 2011) i registered
with fics using a new handle (anroid) which was OK for a few days.
When I tried using it after a few days I received a no connection
replay.
I contacted fics and was told I could not use anroid as a handle
because I all ready had a account using the handle LOVERBOYS.
I all so told fics to change my old E-mail address to my new won.
Is it possible for to sent this E-mail to support.fics.org.

After testing earlier i could not find any problems logging in with a
handle. Combined with this new info, it could be that FICS blocked
your account, making it impossible for you to log in.
If you register with a new e-mail address you can start with a clean
sheet playing chess.
