Calling methods in a dynamic language on the JVM

I have just published the first draft of a description of how I select
and dispatch methods in the Ng runtime system. It covers the normal
dispatch mechanism and shows some special case optimisation.

Ng is very much work in progress but I have prototyped these
mechanisms and they do seem to work quite well.
