Subject: API/SWF Live Player Usage with Ad Revenue

I am currently working on a web app that would use the Justin.tv API/Live
SWF Player, and in the future the Twitch API, and would like to know what
restrictions if any are there are on placing ads on my website in order to
generate revenue. In addition to that, what restrictions if any are there
on using the twitch/justintv logo (small icon 25x25) in order to identify
the source of the stream?

Hi Gray,

All of your questions are answered by our API Terms of Service. The tl;dr;
you can display your own ads, but you may not interfere with ours, given
what that you're using our flash API that means you may not prevent our ads
from loading. You can use our logo but you cannot purport to be us. We show
a watermark on the stream so that may be enough for you.

I'm trying to summarize the ToS here, they are the final say though and we
reserve the right to change them in the future.

Cheers,

mike
