Error on redirect

after submitting the form, I get an error - the form results are
emailed to me, but the address bar shows this: http://verify.justhumans.com/post

with a 404 ERROR

Can you post the URL to the form you are trying to post? It might make it easier to diagnose this issue.

It looks like the redirect URL you are using is missing the ".com" in the domain name.
