I think i just wanted a consistent way of accessing and reporting the range
of errors. The HttpStatusCode enum isnt an issue, ie if a 404 / 401 is
returned etc... But if its a JustGiving error this is located in a
serialized Errors list or in a pageRegistration[Response?] object. So as
far as im aware if there is an error we need to deserialize the response
content in the exception to then access the error object to get the error
id / description out. Essentially i want to cover all bases when reporting
what went wrong to the website user.  Hope im making sense!
