News Release
On September 30th the Juniper Ridge R.V. Resort in Show Low presented The Living Hope Women's Center with 25 baby quilts made by the ladies in the resort's quilting room this Summer. Thirty women donated fabric, batting, sewing supplies, and many pieced the little quilts while others quilted the blankets. Each year the women pick a deserving charity for their quilts and this year they wanted to help the Show Low Hope House.

Thank You to Monday Morning Coffee

The quilters wish to thank last Monday morning coffee attendees that donated to the quilt room community sewing machines' servicing. The gentleman that services the machines for the Amazing Quilts shop in Lakeside cut me a deal and all 4 machines will be in tip top condition for the next season. I was afraid he was going to tell me to 'junk' two of the oldest machines but thankfully, he was able to correct what problems they had and found problems in our two newest ones.

Fall Festival

I still need some volunteers for the Fall Festival on Saturday. I
need 3 more servers for the second station. And I need one more fella
to cook the brats.

The guys will start grilling at 3:30 and the servers will be needed
around 4:30.

We will be doing some decorating on Friday at 1:00 pm and then the

time of the printing of the Sept calendar, it was "Bring your own
table service" The table service has been purchased, so you do not
need to bring your own. Please pass the word. This will be a nice
