Subject: Web pages not being received by intended recipient
Quite often I find that web pages I have sent thru JKN to someone are
never received.  Just two days ago I sent articles to people and they
never received them either at their IN BOX or a Quarantine box.  When
I track it in JKN it shows "not received" and "not read".  This is
often a business associate of mine or my wife and we look everywhere
and are unable to find the email.

What could be wrong?  If this service (which I have been using for
years) is not reliable then it's of limited value.

Peter,

Sorry you are having trouble.

We had trouble with our email being redirected again do to bulk email
concerns. This was fixed, so your emails should have been delivered.

This is why we recommend that people use the Annotation service with their
own email accounts.

To install the Annotation tool, please go here: www.jkn.com
