Hi Guys,

A couple of weeks ago, I briefly tried Windows 7.
It seemed to me that the Juggernaut was not stable. It could be the
rails components it relies upon, I am not sure. There was little time to
investigate.
My short term escape route is Vista, which seemed to work fine, but
Windows 7 is probably inevitable.

Does anybody have some definitive info on Juggernaut and Windows 7?

Thanks,
Guus.

Do you mean running the Juggernaut server on Windows 7, right?

It'll be much easier if you just run it on Linux.

Yep, that's what I mean.

I know linux is easier. Windoze always feels like a big step in the wrong direction, still it cannot be avoided completely.

Thanks,
Guus.

It's probably event machine rather than Juggernaut. Why not try creating a simple EM server to try and narrow down the problem.

Good idea. I will try later. There is no immediate need for Windows 7 yet.
I was curious to know if anybody had tried.

Cheers,
Guus.
