Jugcam.org is on v1.5.15 now... some members have been aksing for a
bilingual site... we will need some translators to work on that...
who is volunteering to translate existing pages to Khmer or write new
pages in Khmer and English? don't worry, there is very little on the
site at this stage... only a few pages..
