Hello,
I am interested in using jquery as part of a HTML form that will be
serialized and submitted as JSON. I would like to use jsTree to build
a nested tree structure, and when the form is submitted, send a json
representation of the jsTree along with the serialized form data. How
can I access the datastore of an existing jsTree added to my form?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Step one, make sure that the format is JSON.
Step two, obtain a reference to the tree instance.
Step three, call .get() on that instance.

See the documentation for details of how to do all of these things.
