Help to test Full PHP & mySQL example

Thanks for this excellent javascript tree and for the server side
example of this new version.
I have some difficulties to install this example. Here are my notes :

- Create a database and a user with all privileges for this database.
- Edit the reference/_examples/full/server.php file and update the
configuration database at the top of the file
- Change the php short tag at the beginning of php files from <? to <?
php for reference/_examples/full/server.php, reference/_examples/full/
_inc/database.php, reference/_examples/full/_inc/class.tree.php. (Not
mandatory but depending of your php.ini)
