Added support for "jstalkextras"

I just added support for loadable "JSTalk Extra" bundles. I've also
built a simple one, that just loads an NSString category to reverse a
string in jstalk/extras/samplejstalkextra.

Besides loading bundles to help out app scripting- what else would be
good to have in plugins? Any ideas?

I'm also planning on writing an fmdb extra... just haven't gotten
around to it yet.

extras are "The loading of ".jstalkextra" bundles. This would be a
collection of classes that JSTalk would load, which adds
additional functionality to the standard Cocoa classes. Think helper
classes and categories"

The FMDB classes are cocoa wrappers for sqlite.
