I've added another example .jstalkextra bundle, for FMDB.  I've also  
added support for the loading of BridgeSupport xml files from those  
bundles, which was handy since FMDB had some arguments that were vargs.

I've also updated the binary on my site, in case you don't want to  
checkout and build everything:
