I would like to add my Java implementation of JSON-RPC 2.0 to the wiki
but I don't have an account. How do I go about adding a reference to
my project?

Alan

Create an account at Wikipedia and add your implementation here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JSON-RPC#Implementations

That's where Matt's page (jsonrpc.org) is currently pointing for implementations.
