Subject: Nine new Johnston images
Hi again everyone -
(To those of you who received my last post, please disregard!  Forgive
me - I didn't mean to email it to everyone!)

This morning we uploaded nine new images from the J. S. Johnston yacht
collection at http://www.jsjohnston.org :

* Steam Yacht "Satanella"  (Does anyone know the history of this
vessel?)
* View at Start of Seawanhaka Corinthian Regatta, 1891
* Three new views of Herreshoff 's "Gloriana"
* The yacht "Ramona"
* Steam Yacht "Javelin" (Does anyone know the history of this vessel?)
* The 1887 America's Cup winner, "Volunteer" (with "Iroquois" in the
background)
* The 1886 America's Cup winner, "Mayflower"

The new images are on the tenth page of thumbnails at
http://www.jsjohnston.org/browse10.html , toward the middle of the
page. (As you can tell, we're skipping around the collection a little
bit.)

We're trying to get some more images posted before the 2007 Cup
begins. Do you have any requests for vessels you'd like to see more
of?

Thanks again to everyone who has emailed us with additional
information! If you know anything about any of these vessels, please
let us know. (And if we neglected to update a page with your
submission, please send us a gentle reminder!)

Thanks again for your interest!
