I have some questions about FastCGI support.
I know about httpd.js to start a HTTP server through which CGI can be
used.
Is there also a way to use FastCGI this way?
Apart from that, jsdb.exe can be used as a CGI handler by a webserver.
Is this also possible for FastCGI?
And for both solutions the same question:
If not currently available, is it a planned feature of JSDB?
