[JScrollPane] Problem with Magic Mouse Apple

Hi, i've got a problem with the Horizontal scroll. I've applied
"swing" ease to the scroll.

It's works well on all browser but i don't know why with the Magic
Mouse it doesn't work correctly.

Can anyone help me please?

I've see if i scroll slowly it works good.
I think I must delayed the event mousewheel.

U know how I can apply a delay?!
