Actually, this is not an error but a warning. My codes have this too.
However, since the master site is down for almost 4 months, this can't be easily fixed I believe :p But you're right the Ajax code is buggy. It must be
if (! Ajax) Ajax = {};
or
if ( typeof(Ajax) == "undefined" ) Ajax = {};
