download dev 2.0 version

where can I download the the new dev version? I'd like to test it, but can't find it on Github (I'm new to git hub, so maybe it's very easy, but I couldn't find it).

I wouldn't call it the "new" version, since it's been released over 2 years ago (2011-02-18).
