It may just be a temporary email/I may have missed an announcement.
But Themeroller/Jquery UI is generating corrupt ZIP files. I'm using
latest build of WinRAR, works fine, but when I open up the ZIP file
some files are there (important ones like the theme's css files are
missing but the images are there). the CRC sums are all 000000000 and
so to even extract I have to repair, again the main css files are
still missing. Any ideas why?
We've had some issues with particular browsers and OS platforms, sometimes
depending on the selections you make. Can you provide some more details, so
we can narrow it down, maybe even reproduce it? Thanks.

Hi sure,
Firefox 3.0.10, Firebug installed but not enabled on jquery ui
website. No other addons installed.
Windows 7 RC - Latest patches, ESET NOD32 Security (Tried disabling
the security suite and terminating it but download still corrupt)
Full path for theme:
http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/?ffDefault=Tahoma,+Arial,sans-serif&f...
In the end I ripped it from the Themeroller directly as opposed to
downloading it :-) Not sure what other information I can give you
really,
Cheers,
Sam

I just joined this group today to report this exact same problem.
I can download one of the pre-defined themes without issue, but if I
make any changes to customize the theme (I've been tweaking colors) I
get the same problem that Sam describes: corrupt zip file.
Max OS X 10.5.7
Firefox 3.0.5
Safari 3.2.3
The OS X unarchiver refuses to unpack the file. But I'm a Java geek,
so I tried the command line jar command, and while that unpacked the
zip file, important files as reported by Sam (most notably the main
css file) are missing.
Hope this helps to diagnose the issue.

Just double checked today and it still isn't working..
Think I found the cause of the problem (not sure about the underlying
one) but it seems to be the "Effect "Transfer" "
If this is disabled then it all downloads fine. So at the moment if
you want to use Themeroller disable the "Transfer" effect and it will
download/work.
Hope that helps Richard with debugging the script! It might be because
its the last in the list or it just doesn't like it, i don't know.
