Slider paging

There's a ticket to support page up/down on a slider ( http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/3096 ). There's a comment from Richard suggesting a page size to always be 1/5 of the slider's range, rather than adding a page option to define the size. This seems reasonable to me. Any objections?
