build fails on OS X

the ui package fails to build on OS X (trunk.) i did not bother
testing 1.7. this has to do with the way a file path is regex'ed.
not sure if i should have opened a ticket or not, and was recommended
i post here. from the looks this issue probably effects all *nix's as
they use / instead of \ for path seperator. here is a fix for the
issue:

Cool. This solves the problem on Linux also.

Some of the widgets aren't minified still though. Here is something
that seems to solve this:

..in addition being able to call the show() method of the tooltip
plugin seems useful, so here is a patch for that too:
