Help setting up jquery-fileupload

Hello,

I am trying to implement the upload plugin on my php web app.

I have downloaded all of the files and would like to know what js file I set where the files are saved to...

Where I can get the images for the buttons?

And how I connect to the PHP file handler to append the reference to the files in my mysql database...any direction would be great.
