Galera estou com a seguinte duvida, quero fazer um condição if em jQuery e
não consigo.

Eu tenho um select, quero pegar o valor dele, se o valor for "S" quero que
apareça dois inputs, se for "N" não apareça nada.

segue o link do codigo

    $(document).ready(function() {

        $('#perguntaPistaRegistrada').hide();
        $('#perguntaPistaRegistrada2').hide();

        $('#pistaRegistrada').change(function() {

            if($('#pisstaRegistrada1').val() == "S") {
               $('#perguntaPistaRegistrada').show('slow');
               $('#perguntaPistaRegistrada2').show('slow');
            }

        });

    });

1- O nome do seu select esta escrito corretamente?

2- Tente isso:

$('#pisstaRegistrada1 option:selected').val();
