We are aware of a problem with JotSpot account access affecting a
subset of our users. The issue has been fixed. Please let us know if
you are still not able to access your account as we might be able to
provide a workaround to speed recovery. We appreciate your patience,
and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have sent several e-mails, posted several help requests on the
boards and still have not received a reply of any kind. We are still
unable to access our site.

Our web address is http://triplepoint.jot.com, we are facing problem
with our email notifications. I can use subscribe link properly with
the ADMIN login but other user can not change the subscribed to change
link. They can not unsubscribe the pages and if they try to click over
"Subscribed Changes" then whole page blink for the moment and it
remains unchanged after few seconds.
I have sent many emails to support but support is unanswered so please
help us to overcome this issue.

oneacre.jot.com is still in hibernation (even though we use it very
regularly) - we've emailed several times to no avail. We'd be happy to
move everything over to Google Sites, but need access PLEASE...

Our Calendar suddenly disappeared, please advise! http://groners.jot.com/Calendar I tried creating a new one, but no info is there, seems everything has
been lost - is there a problem with the system, how can we get all or
info from the last few years back?
