Subject: PLT Meeting Minutes from 7 December 2010 Meeting
Production Leadership Team Agenda 7 December 2010

Present:  Christophe, Mark, Ian, Louis
Apologies: Sam, JM , Ron, Chris, Andrew

   1. Reports
         1. JBS
               1. 2RC blockers left. Only 1 URL is serious
                     1. Ian is working on it and will let us know if
he needs help
                     2. Decided to keep the same URL structure as
proposed earlier
               2. We are on track for RC1 on 13 December. Decided to
target general availability for 10 January 2011 (instead of 27
December 2010) because of holiday schedules.
               3. Decided to use Mercurial and bitbucket instead of
SVN for the new platform project
                     1. Discussed the benefits of distributed version
control
                     2. Decided to use the platform project as a test
to see how it works. Since it is new anyway, there is no conversion
for existing users.
         2. Documentation - no report
   2. Business arising from the previous meeting
         1. None discussed
   3. General Business
         1. None discussed
