Forum Skin Changes

Thanks to Casey, we've rolled out a few minor forum skin changes. The biggest is that the top banner ad is now gone for logged in users and also that the width re-sizer actually works now... well.. almost correctly.
Also restored is the 'search this thread' box now on each thread view.
I hope you enjoy.. and slowly slowly.. more to come.

Looks good to me so far,
I did notice the very large new search box.
I have make some suggestions to the PM systems in the forum.
Not go the coffee maker installed on the new skin though...couldnt
find that
