JED/JUG/JRD etc pre approval scheme

A proposal that all applications to JED,JUG and JRD to be placed via
"template" on the appropriate forum first to ensure they are not
missing "vital" information, and then after say 7 days or a reply,
that the proper forum request made via the OSM site or team. This may
highlight missing info and also give an idea of the queue time.
if you understand what i mean.....

I see your point, though I think this way may only add to some peoples
frustration. That's just me though.

I think the JRD has been really successful with their checklist, which
is publically avaialable. Would be great for the other teams to make
check lists as well. I don't think people should be forced to put
their business information in a public forum though.
